Amanda Gutierres Signed Ball Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

These are the Official Rules for the Amanda Gutierres Signed Ball Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Your participation confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“Sponsor”) concerning this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE, PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER, OR SUBSCRIPTION FOR TICKETS WILL NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor will be giving away one (1) soccer ball signed by Boston Legacy FC player Amanda Gutierres to eligible fans who enter to win.

ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open to United States residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the person’s participation in the Sweepstakes. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

This Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 PM (Eastern Time) on October 3, 2025 and ends at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) on October 22, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

There is one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. To enter, visit https://bostonlegacyfc.com/blogs/forms/amanda-gutierres-signed-soccer-ball-sweepstakes and submit the official entry form online during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per Person. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an agreement to these Official Rules and constitutes a binding contract between you and Sponsor.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible participants who enter during the designated time period.

If the potential winner declines or forfeits, Sponsor in its sole discretion may give the prize to the next eligible participant. As a condition of winning, any potential winner may be required to complete and sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing Sponsor from all liability in connection with winner’s participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, use, or non-use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor also may require government issued photo identification, such as a valid driver’s license or passport. The potential winner must provide the completed Winner’s Affidavit and Release by the deadline specified by Sponsor, or the Prize may be deemed forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The prize is given “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If the potential winner is found to be ineligible or declines the prize for any reason prior to claiming it, the next eligible participant may be given the prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitutions or cash alternative for the prize shall be offered and right to the prize is non-transferable.

The winner will be responsible for any state, federal or local taxes, or other fees or surcharges that may be levied due to the prize.

PRIVACY AND USE OF INFORMATION/ENTRY

By participating in this Sweepstakes, you consent to the use of information you provide to Sponsor to conduct this Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not sell your contact information to any individuals or third parties that are not affiliated with Sponsor. Winners agree that Sponsor shall be allowed to disclose the winner’s name first initial, last name, city and state in response to requests for identification of the winner.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCURRED BY ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY OR IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE PROMOTION, PRIZE OR USE OF A PRIZE, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The drawing is sponsored by Boston Legacy Football Club LLC. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time without notice.

You agree that Sponsor shall have no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages by reason of your participation in the drawing or use of the prize given away for this Sweepstakes.

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, affiliates and agents from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use of a prize or participation in Sweepstakes-related activities, and they shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in or winning this drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify individuals who violate these Official Rules, misrepresent themselves or provide misleading information to Sponsor. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor will interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the drawing to make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, and all entrants agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in Boston, Massachusetts for the resolution of all actions, litigation, claims and disputes, and agree that all actions, litigation, claims and disputes shall be brought in a court with competent jurisdiction in Boston, Massachusetts.
