BOS Nation Hires Amina Bulman as Chief Revenue Officer
BOSTON (March 10, 2025) – BOS Nation has hired Amina Bulman as Chief Revenue Officer. She will assume duties with the team starting in mid-March.
Bulman joins Boston from her role as chief Brand & Strategy officer for the Washington Commanders, where she spent almost five years. She initially joined them in 2020 as Chief of Staff, before becoming Senior VP of Corporate Affairs & Strategy, and ultimately their Chief Brand & Strategy Officer. During this time she helped rebuild the Commanders’ corporate culture and guided them through their rebranding process, overseeing business planning and analytics, marketing and content, corporate communications, merchandise, and community relations.Â

“It’s rare to get the opportunity to build a new team in your own city,” said Bulman. “It’s even more special to get to do that in a league that is seeing record growth, and at a moment when female athletes are finally getting the attention and recognition that they deserve.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Amina to BOS Nation as our new Chief Revenue Officer,” said controlling manager Jennifer Epstein. “She brings a unique blend of strategic vision, brand leadership, and operational excellence. As we build this club from the ground up, her track record of driving growth and fostering deep community connections aligns perfectly with our mission. We are confident Amina will help us establish a powerful commercial foundation and deliver an exceptional experience for our fans, partners, and community.”
Bulman was Chief of Staff of the Program team at the Obama Foundation from 2017-2018, where she managed strategy and operations. She also spent two years as a business analyst at global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where she specialized in organizational design, strategy, and operations in the public sector.
Bulman holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale where she double-majored in Ethics, Politics & Economics and American Studies. She was a four-year varsity athlete as a member of Yale women’s crew.
Bulman was born and raised in Boston and has three sons. She has rowed in the Head of the Charles 10 times and run the Boston marathon 3x.Â
