2026 Boston Legacy Media Guide
Single Game Accreditation Form
Applications are now open for Boston Legacy FC vs Bay FC on July 5 at Centreville Bank Stadium. Credential approval and know before you go with rules and guidelines for media members will be sent out approximately 24 hours before the match.
Matchday media guidelines and credential policy
All media looking to obtain a single-game media credential must complete the online form 72 hours prior to each matchday. Confirmation from Legacy staff will be sent to those who are approved the day before the match. Credential pickup begins two (2) hours before kickoff.
The club will credential a limited number of non-rights media personnel, subject to the availability of media positions in the press seating areas, photographer, videographer and TV crew areas, as well as the photo work room. Applications from freelance writers, photographers, or videographers must come from a direct supervisor validating professional and editorial need for media access.
Credentials are non-transferable and media members may not use credentials for preferential access, such as autographs, photographs or personal requests. Violations will result in potential loss of credential for any future match and/or ejection from the game venue. Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation.
The following actions may result in seizure of credential and/or ejection of its wearer from the stadium or training facility:
a. Requesting autographs at any time
b. Taking photographs with players/coaches
c. Using credential for family or friends of a working media member
d. Conducting of unauthorized interviews outside of prescribed media access periods
e. Unprofessional behavior (cheering in the press box, consumption of alcoholic beverages, failure to abide by posted rules, etc.)
PHOTO/VIDEO GUIDELINES
At no time are non-NWSL and team photographers allowed on the field itself (beyond the boards) and/or around the team benches unless approved by NWSL.
With the exception of staff/league photographers, national rights-holders, or NWSL crews present at a match, all photographers and television camera operators must stay behind the field boards at all times, unless released by the on-site photo marshal, and must not interfere with or block the operation of rights-holders, particularly national television broadcast.
Non-rights holders may film 10 minutes of B-roll at the start of each half.
Each photographer will be permitted to use one monopod but no tripods. No seats other than “lawn-type” photographer seats will be permitted at the discretion of the stadium.
Stand-alone remote units will not be permitted at any time on or around the goal posts without the prior express approval from the NWSL Operations department.
All credentials are issued in the club's sole discretion.
