    Cashless Operation:

    • Gillette Stadium is now completely cashless.
    • Only contactless payment options will be accepted within the stadium.

    Cash-to-Card Kiosks:

    • Attendees can utilize 5 Cash-to-Card kiosks to convert cash into Visa® prepaid cards.
    • Visa® prepaid cards are valid anywhere Visa® is accepted.

    No Fees:

    • There is no cost to obtain a card.

Accessibility
  • Wheelchair-accessible seating and companion seating are available throughout Centreville Bank Stadium. Alcohol
  • A valid form of identification (state driver’s license, military ID, passport, Rhode Island state ID) is required to purchase alcoholic beverages at Centreville Bank Stadium. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. Any person who passes alcoholic beverages to an underage person is subject to prosecution and/or ejection from Centreville Bank Stadium. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into or out of Centreville Bank Stadium. Centreville Bank Stadium and event staff reserve the right to discontinue alcohol sales to any person at any time. All alcohol sales will end at the 75-minute mark.

Bag Policy
  • Clear bags, diaper bags and medical bags are permitted inside Centreville Bank Stadium but are subject to search upon entry. Small wristlets or handheld wallets with or without a strap are permitted, provided they do not exceed 6.5″ x 4.5.” Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags must not exceed 12″ x 12″ x 6.” Email Info@CentrevilleBankStadium.com at least 48 hours before the game you plan to attend to request an exception to the bag policy.
Banners, Signs, and Flags 
  • Banners, signs and flags are permitted. All banners, signs and flags must:
  • Be no larger than 3′ x 3′
  • Be relevant to the game
  • Not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or images, as determined by Centreville Bank Stadium management in its sole discretion
  • Not cover existing signage or obstruct the view of others
  • Not create a safety hazard for others
  • Be removed at any time at the sole discretion of Centreville Bank Stadium management
  • Any banner, sign or flag that does not comply with the above guidelines requires prior approval from Centreville Bank Stadium management at least 48 hours before the game you plan to attend. Email Info@CentrevilleBankStadium.com to request approval.
Beverage, Food, and Containers 
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted inside Centreville Bank Stadium. Email Info@CentrevilleBankStadium.com to request an exception for dietary restrictions or health conditions. Metal and glass containers of any kind are prohibited.
Bike Racks 
  • Bike racks are available around Centreville Bank Stadium to lock your bike during the game. Usage of bike racks is at your own risk. Please bring your own lock.

Cameras and Video Equipment 
  • Professional cameras with lenses longer than 70mm, video cameras (including GoPro and similar devices), tripods and selfie sticks are prohibited. Video recording, reproduction or live streaming of any event is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Centreville Bank Stadium or the event organizer.
Children’s Tickets
  • Children two years of age and under do not need a ticket, provided they sit on their parent or guardian’s lap. If a child requires a seat, then they must have a ticket.

  • Visit Guest Services located behind Section 135 to speak with a Centreville Bank Stadium or event staff member, or email contact@bostonlegacyfc.com with comments or suggestions.

Digital Tickets 
  • Fans are encouraged to access their tickets through the Boston Legacy FC app (link app).
  • Printed, screenshotted or emailed tickets will not be accepted at the gates. Visit the Ticket Office near the Ford North Gate if you have trouble accessing your tickets before or upon arrival at Centreville Bank Stadium.

  • Drinking fountains and water bottle refill stations are available throughout Centreville Bank Stadium

Elevators
  • Centreville Bank Stadium has two public-use elevators located behind Sections 114 and 128.
Emergency Procedures 
  • In the event of an emergency or severe weather, follow instructions from Centreville Bank Stadium and event staff, as well as announcements on the public address system and video boards throughout Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans are encouraged to follow Boston Legacy FC’s social media channels for weather updates.

Fan Code of Conduct 
  • Click here to read Centreville Bank Stadium’s Fan Code of Conduct. Fans who do not adhere to the Fan Code of Conduct may be removed from Centreville Bank Stadium without refund or re-entry. For serious violations, Centreville Bank Stadium management reserves the right to ban individuals from attending future games and events, as determined in its sole discretion.
  • Centreville Bank Stadium and event staff reserve the right to determine what constitutes unruly or unacceptable behavior. Contact the nearest Centreville Bank Stadium or event staff member for assistance if you experience any issues during a game or event.
Field and Restricted Area Trespassing
  • Individuals who attempt to enter the field of play, stage or any other restricted area before, during or after an event at Centreville Bank Stadium without prior written approval will be subject to immediate removal and may be banned from attending future games and events at Centreville Bank Stadium.
First Aid 
  • First Aid is located behind Section 114. Notify the nearest Centreville Bank Stadium or event staff if you require immediate assistance.
Flashing Lights 
  • Flashing light visual effects may be used during events at Centreville Bank Stadium. Fans with photosensitivity are welcome to use the Sensory Room located behind Section 115 at any time during events.

Gate Times
  • Gates usually open 60 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time. Any exceptions to this schedule will be announced in communications from Boston Legacy FC.
Guest Services 
  • Guest Services is located behind Section 135. Services are available from when the gates open until 30 minutes after the game ends.

Lockers
  • Bag lockers located on the North Plaza are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lost and Found 
  • Fans may inquire about lost and found items at Guest Services, located behind Section 135, during events. Email Info@CentrevilleBankStadium.com to inquire after an event.
Lost Persons 
  • Immediately notify the nearest Centreville Bank Stadium or event staff member if a member of your group becomes lost or separated. Fans who are separated from their group will be escorted to Guest Services located behind 135. Fans are encouraged to establish a plan with their group members in the event they become separated.

Merchandise 
  • The Boston Legacy FC is located by the Ford North Gate behind Sections 133 and 134. Additional merchandise stands will be open throughout Centreville Bank Stadium on matchdays. Click here to purchase merchandise online.

Noise-Making Devices 
  • Noisemakers, including air horns, cowbells, drums, horns, vuvuzelas and whistles, are prohibited.
Nursing Room 
  • A Nursing Room located behind Section 114 is available for the comfort and privacy of nursing parents. The space can accommodate one group at a time and includes a chair, a changing station and a power outlet.

Parking 
  • With a mix of public and private parking options, at least 3,600 spaces are available to fans—most within a 15-minute walk of Centreville Bank Stadium. Parking options include stadium-managed lots (T, Reserved, Free) as well as private parking areas, including public on-street parking and privately-owned lots. 
  • Parking lots open two hours before kickoff. Email tickets@bostonlegacyfc.com or call our Ticket Office at (617) 847-2532 to speak with a staff member about parking inquiries.
Payment Methods 
  • Centreville Bank Stadium is a cashless venue. Independent food trucks on site may not accept cash as a form of payment.
  • Fans may convert cash to Mastercard® prepaid cards in $1, $5, $10, $20 and $100 increments at the ReadyStation in the south lobby by the AAA Insurance Market Plaza. Mastercard® prepaid cards are accepted throughout Centreville Bank Stadium, except at Rhode Island Pie Co. sponsored by High Noon, Tidewater Market sponsored by High Noon and The Crossbar sponsored by Sun Cruiser. There is no cost to obtain or use a Mastercard® prepaid card. Any remaining balance after an event may be used outside Centreville Bank Stadium. Mastercard® prepaid cards are not reloadable and valid only in the United States.
Press/Media Access
  • Media access and credentials for events at Centreville Bank Stadium may be requested in advance through the Communications department. For any inquiries, please email: press@bostonlegacyfc.com.Credentials are available only to accredited media members on assignment and are subject to availability. Requests may be denied at the organization’s sole discretion. Media members and their organizations that receive credentials abide by the Media Credential Agreement.
Prohibited Items
  • The following items are prohibited at Centreville Bank Stadium:
  • Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
  • Flammable items, including lighters and aerosols (pepper spray, mace, etc.)
  • Outside food and beverages of any kind
  • Flares, incendiary devices, smoke devices, sparklers or fireworks
  • Drugs, including medical marijuana and marijuana in any form or illegal substances
  • Smoking or tobacco products of any kind, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes
  • Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems, including gliders, drones, kites and missile or projectile-like objects
  • Professional cameras with lenses longer than 70mm, video cameras (including GoPro and similar devices), tripods and selfie sticks
  • Laser pointers/pens
  • Animals or pets, except for service animals
  • Banners, signs and flags larger than 3′ x 3′ (or any other view-obstructing item)
  • Inappropriate and/or offensive attire, banner, signs or flags
  • Non-PVC flag poles
  • Umbrellas
  • Metal and glass containers of any kind
  • Coolers, containers (e.g., bottles, cans), flasks, thermoses or ice chests
  • Wristlets or handheld wallets with or without a strap larger than 6.5″ x 4.5″

R
Rain Check Policy
  • Boston Legacy FC games are played rain or shine. If lightning is detected in the area, the game may be delayed or postponed. If a game is postponed, it will be rescheduled, and tickets will be valid for the new date and time. Email tickets@bostonlegacyfc.com or call our Ticket Office at (617) 847-2532.
Re-Entry Policy 
  • Centreville Bank Stadium has a no re-entry policy. Fans who need to exit and re-enter for emergencies should speak with a staff member at Guest Services located behind Section 135 before leaving the stadium. Re-entry accommodations are limited to emergencies and are granted at the Centreville Bank Stadium staff’s discretion.
Restrooms 
  • Restrooms are located behind Sections 129/130, 134/135, 102/103, 113/114 and 118/119.
Rideshare 
  • Uber and Lyft are available in this area.
RIPTA 
  • RIPTA operates a network of fixed-route bus services across Rhode Island. Pawtucket is served by nine RIPTA routes, which offer connections to Providence, the South Attleboro MBTA Station, Central Falls, Lincoln and East Providence. All routes stop at the Pawtucket/Central Falls Transit Center, about a 15-minute walk to Centreville Bank Stadium. Routes 1 and 71 operate near the stadium, stopping along East Avenue, Pawtucket Avenue and George Street, allowing fans to access remote parking lots outside of Pawtucket, such as the South Attleboro MBTA Station lot or the Park & Ride areas in Pawtucket. Sensory Room and Sensory Bags 
  • A Sensory Room located behind Section 115 is available for fans who may experience sensory overload. The room is furnished with soft seating and sensory-friendly resources. Fans may also borrow KultureCity sensory bags, which include noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools and other supportive items, free of charge, from Guest Services located behind Section 135 by providing an ID.
Service Animals 
  • Certified service animals are permitted and must always remain on a leash or harness inside Centreville Bank Stadium.
Smoking and Tobacco Use 
  • Centreville Bank Stadium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, vaping and the use of tobacco products, including vaping devices and e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited throughout Centreville Bank Stadium.

Streaming 
  • Live transmission or video streaming of events at Centreville Bank Stadium is prohibited. Any attempt to commercially broadcast or stream during an event may result in immediate ejection without refund and may lead to a ban from future events at Centreville Bank Stadium.
Strollers 
  • Strollers are permitted inside Centreville Bank Stadium but must be stored under your seat to avoid blocking aisles, walkways or exits. Strollers that cannot be stored under a seat must be checked at Guest Services behind Section 135.

  • All public restrooms are accessible to guests with ADA needs. Four (4) Family restrooms are located on the NW Main Concourse behind section 138, two (2) Family restrooms are in the East Cross Insurance Club, one (1) behind sections 216 & 224, and one (1) Family restroom is in the Optum Field Lounge. There is also one (1) changing table located in every restroom in the stadium.

First Aid

Lighthouse 
  • The Gillette Stadium Lighthouse was reimagined as part of the north end zone expansion project, bringing an iconic experiential feature to the stadium that fans of all ages can experience and enjoy. The top of the structure stands 22 stories above the playing field and is the tallest “lighthouse” in the United States! The 360-degree observation deck, known as the Lookout, provides spectacular panoramic views of the stadium and the surrounding area, including the Boston and Providence skylines. Admission is $5 for adults and children 10 and under are FREE. Click here for more information.
Lost & Found
  • During an event, all found items will be turned into Gillette Stadium Guest Services located on the 100 concourse near section 109, 137, and 143, and on the 300 concourse near section 309 and 331. For non-ticketed event days, please email lostandfound@gillettestadium.com to inquire about any lost and found items. If your item has been found, Gillette Stadium will coordinate a time with you to retrieve your item.
Lost Person
  • Missing children should be reported to the nearest stadium staff member. We recommend that families with small children participate in Gillette Stadium’s Tag-A-Kid program. This will allow Gillette Stadium personnel to know the exact location of the child’s seat. Please register your children at one of the Guest Services booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open). The program is FREE and the child will receive a wristband with his/her seat location on it.

Nursing Station
  • Located on the west side of the Main Concourse at section 131, inside the First Aid station, Gillette Stadium offers nursing mothers a private room exclusively for them to nurse or pump during any ticketed event at the stadium. The room features three separate privacy pods to accommodate up to three nursing mothers at any given time. Each pod is separated by dividers and includes a comfortable swivel chair, a power outlet, side table and supplies. Additionally, a baby-changing station is located within close proximity.
Nut Free Options

Soy Free Options 
  • Soy-free options at Gillette Stadium include Hamburger (without bun), Cheeseburger (without Bun), Popcorn, Peanuts, and Candy. These items are offered at most locations in the building. All fried items are fried in Soybean oil, and as such are not safe for those allergic to Soy products.
  • Gillette Stadium also offers soy-free Salads (without dressing) and a fruit cup at the Market Express at sections 105 and 129.

  • Launched in October of 2015 by the White House, Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and a call to action. Vaccine Information
  • Gillette Stadium is no longer a COVID-19 vaccination center. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination status is not required to attend games and events at Gillette Stadium. However, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event.
