General parking is available in:

ADA parking will be provided to those who with ADA license plate or ADA hangtag.

    Cash-to-Card Kiosks:

    • Visa® prepaid cards are valid anywhere Visa® is accepted.

    No Fees:

    • There is no cost to obtain a card.
    • There are no fees associated with using the card.

Acceptable Items

Accessible Changing Tables 
  • Gillette Stadium has installed Adult Changing Tables in the Main Course West First Aid Bathroom (across from Section 132) and the Upper Concourse East First Aid Bathroom (across from Section 310). The installation of these changing tables helps assist adults with disabilities and improve the ADA experience.

Family Restrooms 
  • All public restrooms are accessible to guests with ADA needs. Four (4) Family restrooms are located on the NW Main Concourse behind section 138, two (2) Family restrooms are in the East Cross Insurance Club, one (1) behind sections 216 & 224, and one (1) Family restroom is in the Optum Field Lounge. There is also one (1) changing table located in every restroom in the stadium.
  • 100 Level: Four (4) family restrooms behind section 138
  • 200 Level: Two (2) family restrooms behind sections 216 and 224
  • The Cross Insurance Club: One (1) in NE, (1) one in NW, one (1) in (SE) and one (1) in SW – only open to customers with Club tickets

First Aid 
  • First Aid stations are located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open).
  • There is also a First Aid station in Parking Lot 51 (west side of Route 1) for most events when the P10 and P11 parking operations are open.

Lighthouse 
  • The Gillette Stadium Lighthouse was reimagined as part of the north end zone expansion project, bringing an iconic experiential feature to the stadium that fans of all ages can experience and enjoy. The top of the structure stands 22 stories above the playing field and is the tallest “lighthouse” in the United States! The 360-degree observation deck, known as the Lookout, provides spectacular panoramic views of the stadium and the surrounding area, including the Boston and Providence skylines. Admission is $5 for adults and children 10 and under are FREE. Click here for more information.
Lost & Found
  • During an event, all found items will be turned into Gillette Stadium Guest Services located on the 100 concourse near section 109, 137, and 143, and on the 300 concourse near section 309 and 331. For non-ticketed event days, please email lostandfound@gillettestadium.com to inquire about any lost and found items. If your item has been found, Gillette Stadium will coordinate a time with you to retrieve your item.
Lost Person
  • Missing children should be reported to the nearest stadium staff member. We recommend that families with small children participate in Gillette Stadium’s Tag-A-Kid program. This will allow Gillette Stadium personnel to know the exact location of the child’s seat. Please register your children at one of the Guest Services booths located at midfield on both the east and west sides of the Main Concourse (and Upper Concourse when open). The program is FREE and the child will receive a wristband with his/her seat location on it.

Nursing Station
  • Located on the west side of the Main Concourse at section 131, inside the First Aid station, Gillette Stadium offers nursing mothers a private room exclusively for them to nurse or pump during any ticketed event at the stadium. The room features three separate privacy pods to accommodate up to three nursing mothers at any given time. Each pod is separated by dividers and includes a comfortable swivel chair, a power outlet, side table and supplies. Additionally, a baby-changing station is located within close proximity.
Nut Free Options 
  • Gillette Stadium offers many nut-free options in various stands. Please visit the Concessions Guide to see a breakdown of all the nut-free options available at each stand.

  • Soy-free options at Gillette Stadium include Hamburger (without bun), Cheeseburger (without Bun), Popcorn, Peanuts, and Candy. These items are offered at most locations in the building. All fried items are fried in Soybean oil, and as such are not safe for those allergic to Soy products.
  • Gillette Stadium also offers soy-free Salads (without dressing) and a fruit cup at the Market Express at sections 105 and 129.

Stop the Bleed
  • Launched in October of 2015 by the White House, Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and a call to action. Stop the Bleed is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

Vaccine Information
  • Gillette Stadium is no longer a COVID-19 vaccination center. In addition, proof of COVID-19 vaccination status is not required to attend games and events at Gillette Stadium. However, all ticketholders must agree that neither they nor their guests will attend an event if they have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event.
