For matches that Full Season ticket members are unable to make, they can “bank” the value of their season ticket rate and use that bank for additional tickets, or upgraded ticket opportunities for 2026 regular season matches. Members must bank their tickets at least 72 hours in advance of the matches they are banking. Members can apply their bank to matches up until kickoff of the match they are applying the bank for.
Season Ticket Members now have increased flexibility using their tickets throughout the season. Members will have the option to exchange or bank the value of their season tickets to matches they cannot attend and apply that value toward additional tickets, upgraded seating options, or group and premium products for any match throughout the season.

How do I use the Ticket Exchange Program?
You will be able to exchange or bank tickets through your Boston Legacy FC Account Manager .
All exchanges must be done through Account Manager and cannot be done on the app.
Can the Ticket Exchange Program be utilized for both Gillette Stadium and Centreville Bank matches?
Yes, your Ticket Bank credit can be used toward eligible matches at both Gillette Stadium or Centreville Bank Stadium. Matches are subject to availability and at the discretion of Boston Legacy FC.
How many matches can I utilize the Ticket Exchange Program for?
The Ticket Exchange Program can be utilized for all fifteen (15) Boston Legacy FC home matches.
How far before a match do I need to utilize the Ticket Exchange Program?
All exchanges must be made three (3) or more days prior to the match you are exchanging out of. You will not have access to the exchange program within three (3) days of the match's date. All requests are subject to availability at the discretion of Boston Legacy FC.
How far in advance can I use my bank/credit for a match?
If you have credit in your Ticket Bank, you can use that up until kickoff to secure tickets to that match.
Can I rollover my Ticket Exchange credit into the 2027 season?
Any credit accrued from your Ticket Bank will expire at the end of the 2026 Boston Legacy FC regular season (before any potential playoff matches) and cannot be used for the 2027 Season, or any other future event, including any outside events at Gillette Stadium or Centreville Bank Stadium.
What can I use my Ticket Exchange credit for?
Credit accrued in your Ticket Bank can be used toward additional tickets towards regular season home matches in the 2026 Season and upgrades to your existing Season Tickets. Ticket credit cannot be used towards BLFC merchandise, renewals for the 2027 season, or any non-ticketing related purchases with the club .
