Whether you’re chanting in the supporters section, or banging drums at the watch parties, supporters play a central role in shaping a soccer culture built on pride, inclusion, and shared purpose. Through presence, energy, and community, supporters help grow the women’s game and strengthen the Legacy on and off the pitch.

What Is a Supporter?

Supporters are more than casual fans. They are among the club’s most dedicated members, committed to showing up for the team and for each other.

On matchdays, supporters lead chants, wave flags, beat drums, and create coordinated displays that bring rhythm and identity to the stadium. You can expect a high-energy environment rooted in standing, singing, and full match involvement. Support does not end at kickoff. Supporters also gather beyond the stadium, building relationships, traditions, and a shared sense of belonging around Boston Legacy FC.

Supporter section

A supporters section is a dedicated area of the stadium where the club’s most passionate fans gather to create matchday atmosphere. Fans in this section often stand for the duration of the match, sing chants, and participate in coordinated displays that energize both the players and the crowd. While organized supporters groups often help lead the chants and activities in the section, membership in a supporters group is not required. The section is open to any fan who wants to actively support the team and contribute to the energy and environment of the match.

Boston ISA

Boston ISA is a membership-based independent supporters association for fans of Boston Legacy FC. Built to connect people who love the team and want to share that passion with others, Boston ISA exists to foster community, friendship, and fun through game-day gatherings, watch parties, social events, and other fan-focused activities. 

Boston ISA is the energy you hear in the supporters’ end: the drums, the organized chants, and the flags waving throughout the match. Their mission is to create welcoming, inclusive spaces where fans of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities can come together, celebrate the team, and form lasting connections.
