Product Restrictions:
Discounts do not apply to jerseys.
Discounts do not apply to select merchandise including but not limited to: creator collections, limited edition drops, and brand collaborations. Boston Legacy FC reserves the right to restrict discounts on select merchandise at the discretion of the club. 

Location Restrictions:
Discounts available online are not available in the Gillette Stadium or Centerville Bank Stadium retail locations. Discounts available online are not guaranteed to be available at Boston Legacy FC merchandise pop-ups. Discounts available online are not applicable to BLFC merchandise purchased at a third party retailer.

Other Limitations & Modifications:
Discounts do not stack or combine. Discounts do not apply to gift cards.

Boston Legacy FC reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny use, or revoke the discount for any misuse or fraudulent activity. We may update, modify, or discontinue this discount or its terms at any time without prior notice. No cash value or credit will be provided for unused discounts.

SEASON TICKET MEMBER DISCOUNTS

Boston Legacy FC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a 15% discount to current Season Ticket Members on eligible merchandise purchased through our official online store at bostonlegacyfc.com, and during select team events. By using or accepting this discount, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
The 15% discount is available exclusively to current Boston Legacy FC Season Ticket Members. Eligibility is verified through the email address used to purchase season tickets. The discount is automatically applied at checkout online when a qualifying email address is used. This offer is non-transferable and valid only for the registered Season Ticket Member.

At select merchandise pop ups, eligibility may be verified by providing the registered email address or other proof of Season Ticket Member status.

2. Discount Details
The discount provides 15% off eligible merchandise before taxes. The discount applies to purchases made:
  • Online at bostonlegacyfc.com
  • In person at official Boston Legacy FC owned retail locations
  • At select events hosted or sanctioned by Boston Legacy FC
The discount cannot be combined with other product discounts, offers, or promo codes unless explicitly stated.

3. Exclusions
The discount follows the same restrictions listed in our general discount policy. The discount does not apply to the following items:
  • Local artist collaboration products
  • Official team kits (home, away, or special edition)
  • Gift cards
  • Other select SKUs as determined by Boston Legacy FC (subject to change without notice)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your item.

Return & Exchange policy

Boston Legacy FC accepts returns & exchanges of eligible merchandise within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All kits / jerseys
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items purchased at in-person events, stadium locations, or pop-up shops
  • Other restrictions may apply

How to Start a Return / Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, customers must submit a request through their purchase portal or contact store@bostonlegacyfc.com, including the order number. 

Boston Legacy FC does not guarantee the availability of replacement items for exchanges. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, an eligible refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
