BOSTON LEGACY FC X JETBLUE AIRWAYS HALFTIME CONTEST

These are the Official Rules for the Boston Legacy FC x JetBlue Airways Halftime Contest (the “Contest”). Your participation confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“Sponsor”) concerning this Contest and these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor will award a JetBlue Flight Travel Certificate (the “Grand Prize”) to one (1) verified winner (the “Winner”). To determine the Winner, the two (2) randomly selected on-field competitors (each, a “Participant,” and collectively, the “Participants”) will compete in a live, skill-based Head-to-Head Race (the “Contest Event”) to be held at halftime of the July 19, 2026 Boston Legacy FC match of the 2026 National Women’s Soccer League season.

The Grand Prize will be awarded to the Participant who successfully completes and wins the Contest Event in strict accordance with the mechanics and rules outlined herein.

ELIGIBILITY. This Contest is open to Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the person’s participation in the Contest. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, JetBlue Airways Corporation, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

CONTEST MECHANICS: At the start of the Contest Event, each Participant will be assigned to a specific lane and must remain entirely behind the start line until the Emcee issues the official cue. At the word “Go!” or the sound of the whistle, Participants must execute three down-and-back legs to their equipment stations located approximately twenty (20) yards away, where two open, co-branded Boston Legacy x JetBlue suitcases and Boston Legacy merchandise items are placed. 

• In the first station, Participants must sprint to the station, retrieve their travel neck pillow, clip it securely around their neck, run back to the start line, and strike the hand of the Sponsor’s representative. 

• In the second station, Participants must run back to the station to collect the merchandise items, retrieving only one item per trip, place each item completely inside their suitcase, zip the suitcase fully closed, and run back to strike the hand of the Sponsor’s representative. 

• In the third station, keeping the neck pillow on and carrying the fully zipped suitcase, Participants must run to the Sponsor’s representative, dribble a soccer ball through four (4) cones, and score a goal in the net where the Emcee will be waiting with their boarding pass. 

To win the Contest, Participants must strictly stay within their assigned lane, wait for the starting command, retrieve only one item per trip, place all items entirely inside the suitcase, and ensure the suitcase is completely zipped. The first person to complete all requirements and cross the line wins the Grand Prize. All on-field officiating, compliance checks, and structural decisions by Sponsor's representatives are final, binding, and non-appealable.

The potential Winner will be announced live on-field immediately following the conclusion of the Contest Event. While initial notification is instantaneous, the potential Winner remains subject to verification and must fully satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. If the potential Winner is found to be ineligible (including, without limitation, due to providing incorrect or misleading information), fails to comply with venue safety policies, or fails to timely execute and return the required Winner’s Affidavit and Release or any other required prize paperwork within two (2) business days after Sponsor sends such documents, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Winner will be determined as set forth below.

If the potential Winner is disqualified or forfeits the Grand Prize, Sponsor will automatically designate the remaining Participant who competed in the Contest Event as the alternate potential Winner. The alternate potential Winner must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements and timely execute and return the required Winner’s Affidavit and Release and any other required prize paperwork within two (2) business days after Sponsor sends such documents, or the Grand Prize will be forfeited.

Participation in the Contest constitutes an agreement to these Official Rules and constitutes a binding contract between you and Sponsor.

As a condition to receiving the Grand Prize, the potential Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing Sponsor, JetBlue Airways Corporation, and their respective affiliates from all liability in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use, or non-use of the Grand Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor also may require the potential Winner to present valid, government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, to verify eligibility. The completed Winner’s Affidavit and Release and any other required prize paperwork must be returned to Sponsor within two (2) business days after Sponsor sends such documents; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and, if applicable, automatic designation of the alternate potential Winner.

The Grand Prize is awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). No cash alternatives or prize substitutions shall be permitted. The Grand Prize is non-transferable except as explicitly permitted under the JetBlue Flight Travel Certificates Terms and Conditions (found below), and under no circumstances may the prize be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website, or otherwise exchanged for monetary value. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and for any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize that are not expressly provided in these Official Rules. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $500.

JETBLUE FLIGHT TRAVEL CERTIFICATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Each Travel Certificate is good for one-time use by one person in accordance with the travel restrictions identified on or in connection with the Certificate. All travel must be booked and flown within the specified validity dates. In the event that a Travel Certificate does not include dates of validity, the Certificate shall be good for travel booked and flown within one (1) year of the date of issuance. If specific flights or departures/destinations are not identified on or in connection with the Travel Certificate, the Certificate may only be redeemed for one-way JetBlue flights to/from JetBlue cities. (Not all JetBlue cities connect; call 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2538) for information on connecting cities.) Redeemed travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and capacity controls (e.g., flights to/from Caribbean destinations subject to heightened capacity controls), and seats may not be available on all flights. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Certificate is not valid for bookings on Mint, partner airlines or code share or interline flights or for use in connection with JetBlue Vacations packages, cruises or any other products or services. Certificate is transferable; however, at no time may it be purchased, sold, bartered, traded on an auction website or otherwise exchanged for value without prior written consent from JetBlue. Certificate cannot be partially redeemed, is not redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. Customers are subject and entitled to all provisions of JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage. If traveling outside of the United States of America, customers are responsible for any and all documentation requirements, including but not limited to, proof of citizenship and all applicable visa requirements. JetBlue is not responsible for a customer’s failure to present or provide adequate travel documentation required by the applicable laws of the territories a customer is traveling to or from.

Government taxes and fees apply to travel booked using a Certificate, are the responsibility of the customer, and will vary based on route. Government taxes/fees are subject to change as required by law. Customer must pay all applicable taxes and fees using a major credit card at the time of booking. A Travel Certificate may be redeemed only online through the link provided with the Certificate. Travel Certificates may not be redeemed at airport ticket counters. JetBlue is not responsible for lost or stolen Travel Certificates or access credentials, except as required by law. Redeemed travel is not eligible for TrueBlue points or tiles. (TrueBlue is JetBlue’s loyalty program.) JetBlue’s change/cancel policies (including certain change/cancel fees) apply. If customer is a no-show for reserved flight or does not change/cancel prior to scheduled departure, customer will forfeit the Certificate(s) and all money associated with the reservation. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, JETBLUE AIRWAYS CORPORATION, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCURRED BY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY OR IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE CONTEST, GRAND PRIZE, OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The Contest is sponsored and administered by Boston Legacy Football Club LLC. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or these Official Rules only to the extent reasonably necessary if fraud, technical failures, venue safety issues, weather, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity, security, or proper administration of the Contest.

If the July 19, 2026 match or the live Contest Event is canceled, postponed, or otherwise cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor may conduct the Contest Event at another time or, if that is not feasible, cancel the Contest and not award the Grand Prize.

You agree that Sponsor shall have no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages by reason of your participation in the Contest or use of the Grand Prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By participating in the Contest or accepting the Grand Prize, each Participant and the Winner agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, JetBlue Airways Corporation, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, injuries, losses, costs, liabilities, rights, or causes of action. This release includes, but is not limited to, any physical or emotional injury, misfortune, financial claim, or damage to persons or property arising in any way out of participation in the live, on-field Contest Event, or the receipt, ownership, use, misuse, or inability to use the Grand Prize (including any travel-related transit, baggage fees, or injury sustained during travel), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or any other legal theory. Furthermore, by participating in this Contest, Participants grant the Released Parties the absolute, irrevocable right and license to use, disclose, broadcast, and publish their name, voice, statements, biographical information, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, promotional, and media purposes across any platforms now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, review, or approval. Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify individuals who violate these Official Rules, misrepresent themselves, or provide misleading information to Sponsor. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor will interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims, or ambiguities concerning the Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final, except as otherwise required by applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest to make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and all entrants and Participants agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in Boston, Massachusetts for the resolution of all actions, litigation, claims, and disputes, and agree that all actions, litigation, claims, and disputes shall be brought in a court with competent jurisdiction in Boston, Massachusetts.
