By opting in, you explicitly consent to receive and authorize Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“BLFC,” “we,” “our” or “us”) to send you automated messages including the latest BLFC news, updates, merchandise offers, and ticket offers. Messaging frequency shall vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider regarding any questions about your text or data plan.
Message and Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out Instructions. You can cancel your subscription at any time by texting “STOP” to us. After sending “STOP”, you will receive a single SMS confirming your cancellation, and all future messaging will cease. You may resubscribe at any time by opting in through our standard signup process.
Support & Help Instructions. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance. You can also get help directly by contacting our support team at contact@bostonlegacyfc.com.
Carrier Liability. Supported wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages. Mobile messaging delivery is dependent upon network coverage and effective transmission from your wireless operator. Neither us nor the mobile carriers guarantee uninterrupted or error-free messaging services, and all parties disclaim liability for technical delays, service interruptions, or delivery failures.
Data Sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
