Summer of Soccer Sweepstakes Presented by Hyundai

These are the Official Rules for the Summer of Soccer Sweepstakes Presented by Hyundai (“Giveaway”). Your participation confirms that you meet the eligibility requirements and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“Sponsor”) concerning this Giveaway and these Official Rules.

No purchase necessary. Purchase, placement of an order OR SUBSCRIPTION FOR TICKETS will not increase chances of winning.

Sponsor will be giving away four (4) VIP tickets with on-field experiences to the Boston Legacy FC vs Racing Louisville match on October 16, 2026, and round-trip ground transportation from within fifty (50) miles of Gillette Stadium (the “Grand Prize”) to one (1) winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Each week over the six (6) week Promotion Period (as defined below), Sponsor will award to twenty-six (26) winners (each, a “Weekly Winner”) two (2) tickets to a Boston Legacy FC match during the 2026 National Women’s Soccer League season (each, a “Weekly Prize,” and collectively, the “Weekly Prizes”), resulting in a total of one hundred fifty-six (156) Weekly Winners. The Grand Prize Winner and the Weekly Winners will be selected from eligible entrants who enter the Giveaway online in accordance with these Official Rules.

Eligibility. This Giveaway is open to Massachusetts and Rhode Island residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of the person’s participation in the Giveaway. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Hyundai Motor America, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter for a chance to win, participants must fill out the corresponding form made available at various Sponsor activations and across Sponsor’s online media channels. The Giveaway begins June 12, 2026, at 12:01 A.M. and ends on July 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner and one hundred fifty-six (156) Weekly Winners from all eligible entries. Weekly Winners are eligible to win the Grand Prize. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

All entries, regardless of method of entry, have an equal chance of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. This Giveaway is not conducted at or through any retail establishment in Rhode Island.

Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.

The potential Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners will be contacted by telephone or e-mail provided on the entry form. In the event that a potential Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of notification, fails to timely claim the grand Prize or Weekly Prize, or is found to be ineligible pursuant to these Official Rules (including, without limitation, due to providing incorrect information, misrepresenting themselves, or providing misleading information), the applicable Grand Prize and Weekly Prize shall be deemed forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

In the event of such forfeiture or ineligibility, an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner or Weekly Winner will be chosen via a second random drawing from all remaining eligible entries within two (2) days of the original potential Grand Prize Winner or Weekly Winner being ruled ineligible. The alternate potential Grand Prize Winner or Weekly Winner will have two (2) days from the time of notification to satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements and claim the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize, or the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize may be deemed forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes an agreement to these Official Rules and constitutes a binding contract between you and Sponsor.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of receiving a Grand Prize or a Weekly Prize will depend on the total number of eligible participants who enter the Giveaway contest pursuant to these Official Rules.

As a condition to receiving the Grand Prize or a Weekly Prize, any potential Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners may be required to complete and sign a Winner’s Affidavit and Release, releasing Sponsor and Hyundai Motor America from all liability in connection with the Winners’ participation in the Giveaway and acceptance, use, or non-use of the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize, to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor also may require government issued photo identification, such as a valid driver’s license or passport. The potential Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners must provide the completed Winner’s Affidavit and Release by the deadline specified by Sponsor, or the Grand Prize or Weekly Prizes may be deemed forfeited, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Grand Prize and the Weekly Prizes are awarded “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). If the potential Grand Prize Winner or Weekly Winners are found to be ineligible or declines or forfeits the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize for any reason prior to claiming it, the next randomly selected eligible participant may be given the Grand Prize or Weekly Prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No substitutions or cash alternative for the Grand Prize or the Weekly Prizes shall be offered and rights to the Grand Prize or Weekly Prizes are non-transferable. Location of any tickets included in the Grand Prize or Weekly Prizes will be chosen at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,000.00, and the ARV of each Weekly Prize is $40.00, for a collective Weekly Prize ARV of $6,240.00. The total ARV of all prizes available to be won is $7,240.00

The Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners will be responsible for any state, federal or local taxes, or other fees or surcharges that may be levied due to the Grand Prize or Weekly Prizes.

Ground transportation included in the Grand Prize will be coordinated and provided by Sponsor via a third-party chauffeur company. The chauffeur service will pick up the Grand Prize Winner and their guest (if applicable) directly from the Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence, transport them to the match, and provide a return trip back to the same residence after the match concludes. The Grand Prize Winner and their guest voluntarily assume all risks, dangers, and hazards incidental to or arising from traveling to, attending, and participating in the match or any Grand Prize-related activities. Sponsor and the Released Parties (defined below) shall have no responsibility or liability for any injuries, losses, misfortunes, or damages to either persons or property incurred during transit, attendance, or participation in connection with the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner and their guest must strictly comply with all official venue rules, security policies, and staff instructions. Sponsor and venue management reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or deny entry to the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest if they engage in disruptive behavior or fail to comply with any venue policies, and such removal will result in the immediate forfeiture of the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation or compensation from Sponsor or any of the Released Parties.

PRIVACY AND Use of Information/ENTRY

By participating in this Giveaway, you consent to the use of information you provide to us by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of this Giveaway in order to conduct this Giveaway, Grand Prize or Weekly Prize fulfillment, internal analytics, and the delivery of marketing and promotional communications. Sponsor will not sell your contact information to any individuals or third parties that are not affiliated with Sponsor. Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners agree that Sponsor shall be allowed to disclose the Grand Prize Winner’s and Weekly Winners’ name first initial, last name, city and state in response to requests for identification of the Winners. All information is handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://bostonlegacyfc.com/pages/privacy-policy.

Other Terms and Conditions

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR, HYUNDAI MOTOR AMERICA, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCURRED BY ENTRANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY OR IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE GIVEAWAY, GRAND PRIZE, WEEKLY PRIZES, OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE OR WEEKLY PRIZES, EVEN IF SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The drawing is sponsored by Boston Legacy Football Club LLC. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.

You agree that Sponsor shall have no liability for any injuries, losses, or damages by reason of your participation in the drawing or use of the Grand Prize or Weekly Prizes.

By accepting a Grand Prize or Weekly Prize, the Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Hyundai Motor America, their affiliates, and each of their respective directors, employees, officers, and agents (“the Released Parties”) from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with awarding, receipt and/or use of a Grand Prize or Weekly Prize or participation in Giveaway-related activities, and they shall have no liability for any injury, misfortune, or damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in or winning this drawing. Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify individuals who violate these Official Rules, misrepresent themselves or provide misleading information to Sponsor. Participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor.

Sponsor will interpret these Official Rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions shall be final, except as otherwise required by applicable law. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Official Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the drawing to make such other decisions regarding the administration or outcome as Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and all entrants agree to personal jurisdiction and venue in Boston, Massachusetts for the resolution of all actions, litigation, claims and disputes, and agree that all actions, litigation, claims and disputes shall be brought in a court with competent jurisdiction in Boston, Massachusetts.
