BLFC June Survey Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Boston Legacy FC June Survey Program (the “Survey Program”) offered by Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“BLFC”). The Survey Program is designed to gather valuable feedback from respondents to improve BLFC services and offerings.

By participating in and fully completing the survey through this Survey Program, you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Participant is responsible for providing accurate and complete information to BLFC. These Terms and Conditions apply to all completed survey submissions in connection with the Survey Program.

Eligibility. Participation as a Participant is open to individuals who receive the promotional survey delivery via email and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the survey is submitted. Participation is limited to one (1) credit per unique person and completed survey. Individuals who do not complete the survey in its entirety or who attempt to submit multiple entries under different email addresses will be disqualified from receiving the incentive.

Qualified Survey Completion. To participate in the Survey Program, a Participant must fully complete and submit the designated long form survey via the unique link provided in the promotional email. The Survey Program will be open and available starting Monday, June 22, 2026, through Thursday, July 2, 2026 (the “Campaign Period”). Only survey submissions received during the Campaign Period will be considered eligible, and BLFC will not accept submissions received after the close of the Campaign Period.

A “Qualified Survey Completion” occurs when a Participant successfully answers all required questions within the long form survey and submits the form during the Campaign Period. Survey submissions resulting from automated scripts, duplicate entries by a single individual, or other manipulative practices do not qualify under the Survey Program.

BLFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a survey has been properly and fully completed, whether a Participant qualifies under the Survey Program, and whether a submission results in a successful qualified completion.

Reward and Incentive Restrictions. The Participant will receive one (1) ten-dollar ($10) merchandise credit (the “Reward”) for a Qualified Survey Completion. Rewards are issued per unique Participant. The Reward will be delivered digitally via email to the email address associated with the completed survey on or before Wednesday, July 8, 2026.

The Reward is valid and redeemable only at the Boston Legacy Online Team Store and is strictly valid only on orders with a subtotal over $10. The Reward cannot be applied to orders with a subtotal of exactly $10 or less. There is a strict limit of one (1) credit per person and completed survey.

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted. BLFC reserves the right to withhold, deny, revoke, or cancel any Reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a submission does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or involves program manipulation.

Modification, Suspension, & Termination. BLFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Survey Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation to address operational issues, program abuse, fraud, technical failures, or changes in business needs. Any early termination or modification of the Survey Program will not affect Rewards that have already been properly earned and issued prior to the date of termination, unless otherwise determined by BLFC due to compliance issues.
Indemnification. The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLFC and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Survey Program, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information.
Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws.
Additional Matters. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and BLFC with respect to participation in the Survey Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications relating thereto. The failure of BLFC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability. If any provision or part of the foregoing Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, unenforceable, or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary to render such provision legal, enforceable, and effective. If no such modification is possible, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions in and referenced in these Terms and Conditions remain valid and binding.
