By submitting a referral through the Referral Program, you (the “Referring Party”) confirm that you are a 2026 Club Full Season Ticket Member and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Referring Party is responsible for providing accurate and complete referral information to BLFC. These Terms and Conditions apply to all qualified referrals submitted in connection with the Referral Program.
1. Eligibility. Participation as a Referring Party is limited to current 2026 Club Full Season Ticket Members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time a referral is submitted. Individuals or entities eligible to be referred (a “Referred Party”) must not have (i) previously purchased a full season membership for BLFC’s 2026 season, (ii) been in contact with a BLFC representative regarding season tickets, or (iii) otherwise initiated the season ticket purchasing process for BLFC’s 2026 season. Individuals or entities that do not hold a 2026 Club Full Season Ticket Membership are not eligible to be a Referring Party.
2. Qualified Referral. To participate in the Referral Program, a Referring Party must submit a referral through BLFC’s designated referral form prior to any purchase of season tickets by the Referred Party. All referral information must be accurate and complete at the time of submission. Only referrals submitted through the designated referral form will be considered eligible, and BLFC will not accept referrals submitted after a season ticket purchase has been initiated or completed.
A “Qualified Referral” occurs when a Referred Party establishes a new BLFC Season Ticket Member account and purchases a full season ticket membership for BLFC’s 2026 regular season. Referrals resulting from ticket sharing, seat splitting, account transfers, upgrades, downgrades, or other internal reallocations do not qualify under the Referral Program.
BLFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a referral has been properly submitted, whether a Referred Party qualifies under the Referral Program, and whether a referral results in a successful conversion.
3. Reward. The Referring Party will receive one (1) fifty dollar ($50) Boston Legacy Team Store merchandise gift card (the “Reward”) for each Qualified Referral. Rewards are issued per Qualified Referral. A single Qualified Referral earns a single Reward for the Referring Party, regardless of the number of seats, ticket package, or purchase amount bought by the Referred Party. There is no limit to the number of Rewards a Referring Party may earn during the 2026 season.
Rewards will be delivered digitally and added to the Referring Party’s account through BLFC’s designated online platform and may be redeemed online only. All Rewards are valid solely for BLFC’s 2026 regular season and will expire on November 21, 2026. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted.
BLFC reserves the right to withhold, deny, revoke, or cancel any Reward if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a referral does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or if the related season ticket purchase is cancelled, refunded, rescinded, charged back, or otherwise fails to remain in good standing.
4. Modification, Suspension, & Termination. BLFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including without limitation to address operational issues, program abuse, or changes in business needs. Any modification, suspension, or termination of the Referral Program will not affect referrals that have already resulted in a successful season ticket purchase and Rewards that have already been issued, unless otherwise determined by BLFC in its sole discretion.
5. Indemnification. The Referring Party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BLFC and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Referring Party’s and the Referred Party’s participation in the Referral Program, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information.
6. Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of laws.
7. Additional Matters. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Referring Party and BLFC with respect to participation in the Referral Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications relating thereto. The failure of BLFC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8. Severability. If any provision or part of the foregoing Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, unenforceable or ineffective, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed modified to the least extent necessary to render such provision legal, enforceable and effective, or, if no such modification is possible, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions in and referenced in these Terms and Conditions remain valid and binding.
9. Contact. For any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact BLFC at tickets@bostonlegacyfc.com or (617) 847-2532.
