Ticket Deposit Policy

These Boston Legacy FC Deposit Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of a Boston Legacy Football Club LLC (“BLFC”) non-refundable season ticket deposit (“Ticket Deposit”). You (“Deposit Purchaser”) understand and acknowledge that a Ticket Deposit does not constitute nor guarantee seats or tickets to any BLFC matches. Ticket Deposits may be converted into BLFC season tickets for (i) both the 2027 and 2028 National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) seasons, or (ii) the 2027 NWSL season. 

By purchasing a Ticket Deposit, Deposit Purchaser agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, the BLFC Ticket Terms and Conditions, and all applicable rules of the NWSL, as each may be updated from time to time, and which are final and binding with respect to all matters pertaining or related to the Ticket Deposit and the priority list for seat selection at White Stadium for the 2028 NWSL season (the “List”). All Ticket Deposits will be subject to BLFC’s ticket department policies then in effect (as the same may be amended from time to time) including, without limitation, these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any instructions or interpretations of these Terms given by an employee or representative of BLFC, these Terms shall prevail.

BLFC plans to play its 2027 NWSL home matches at Centreville Bank Stadium, located at 11 Tidewater St, Pawtucket, RI 02860, and anticipates that 2028 NWSL home matches will take place at White Stadium, located at 450 Walnut Ave, Boston, MA 02130. The timing of BLFC’s transition to White Stadium remains subject to change pending construction and other delays beyond BLFC’s control, or otherwise in BLFC’s sole discretion. BLFC will keep Ticket Deposit holders and general fans alike updated on any changes.

How and when a Deposit Purchaser converts their Ticket Deposits will ultimately determine the Deposit Purchaser’s position on the List. For example, if a Deposit Purchaser converts their Ticket Deposit into 2-year season tickets for the 2027 and 2028 NWSL seasons, the Deposit Purchaser will be classified as a “2-Year New Member” on the List. Alternatively, and by way of example only, if Deposit Purchaser does not convert their Ticket Deposits for the 2027 season, they will be on the List as a “Deposit Holder,” which places their priority below all multi-year and new single-year members, but ahead of the general public. Detailed information regarding priority tiers and the seat selection process is available in the Ticket Policies section of the BLFC website. When a Deposit Purchaser completes their season ticket purchase, the full amount of their Ticket Deposit will be credited toward their season ticket purchase.

Deposit Purchaser may only convert their Ticket Deposit(s) into season tickets for their own personal and/or hospitality use. BLFC may terminate a Ticket Deposit and refund the amount paid for the Ticket Deposit in the event it is determined by BLFC, in its sole discretion, that the prospective customer intends to use tickets acquired for commercial resale purposes.

If it is discovered by BLFC (using any evidence or other information made available to, or otherwise discovered by, BLFC) that any Deposit Purchaser has used or attempted to use multiple names, identities, email addresses, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic, or other system(s) or program(s) to purchase Ticket Deposits, their Ticket Deposit may be forfeited, in the sole discretion of BLFC. 

BLFC accepts no responsibility for Ticket Deposit submissions that are lost, misdirected, or delayed by the purchaser for any reason, nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of purchase form information, including (but not limited to), technical malfunction, human error, lost/delayed/garbled applications, Internet/e-mail transmission, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or failures of any telephone, technical, network, online, or hardware or software or any combination hereof. Except where excluded by applicable law, BLFC disclaims all conditions, warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise related to these Terms and the List.

If Deposit Purchaser decides not to purchase season tickets, if and when such seats become available, the Ticket Deposit remains non-refundable.

Deposit Purchaser understands and agrees that: purchasing a Ticket Deposit does not guarantee any right to receive the opportunity to purchase season tickets within a specified period of time, if ever; the offer to purchase season tickets is at the sole discretion of BLFC, including the number of seat locations made available for purchase by Deposit Purchaser and the timing of said offers; some seats are retained for BLFC business holds, upgrades, and other internal service or business purposes of BLFC, and these will be given priority over the Deposit Purchasers; while Deposit Purchaser will be contacted in priority sequence based on their purchase timing, the opportunity to select seat locations will be limited to the ticket inventory presented by BLFC at the time of selection; and in the event a Deposit Purchaser is unavailable at the time of the first attempt of contact by BLFC (whether by phone or email), BLFC reserves the right to continue contacting other Ticket Deposit members regarding the opportunity to purchase season tickets and is under no obligation to reserve any specific ticket inventory for selection by the Deposit Purchaser.

All season ticket purchases will be subject to BLFC ticket department policies then in effect (as the same may be amended from time to time) including, without limitation, any applicable personal seat license requirements, personal or household seat maximums, transfer restrictions, and transfer fees.

Deposit Purchaser may be requested to provide BLFC with reasonable proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) of the email address associated with their Ticket Deposit purchase. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of Deposit Purchaser, the Deposit Purchaser will be deemed to be the Authorized Account Holder in whose name the email account is registered. “Authorized Account Holder” shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address and/or telephone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, telephone service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

By purchasing a Ticket Deposit from BLFC, Deposit Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Boston Legacy Football Club LLC, the National Women’s Soccer League and its member teams, and each of their officers, directors, governors, partners, principals, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates and related entities (together, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of either: (i) the purchase of a Ticket Deposit; (ii) the establishment, operation, and management of priority levels, seat selection, and seat assignments at White Stadium; and (iii) the administration of Ticket Deposits and season tickets by BLFC.

Deposit Purchaser hereby releases, waive, and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action (including, negligence), including (but not limited to) death, personal injury or loss or damage to property, which a Deposit Purchaser or any of its representatives, heirs, next of kin or assignees (“Purchaser’s Representatives”) may have or which may hereinafter accrue to the Deposit Purchaser or Purchaser’s Representatives against the Released Parties as a result of the Ticket Deposit purchase.

The following is prohibited and will result in automatic disqualification from the List and forfeiture of any Ticket Deposit: (i) violation of or non-compliance with these Terms; and/or (ii) any other act which BLFC determines, in its sole discretion, to jeopardize the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of Ticket Deposits or season tickets. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this List is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should an attempt be made, BLFC reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Ticket Deposits and the opportunity to purchase season tickets are personal privileges and are non-transferable and not assignable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. 

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If BLFC does not act to enforce a breach of these Terms, that does not mean that BLFC has waived its right to enforce these Terms.

BLFC may terminate, modify, suspend, or withdraw the Ticket Deposit program (and/or any aspect thereof), in whole or in part, at any time, and for any reason, without notice or liability, in its sole discretion.  BLFC may periodically amend any portion of these Terms without notice.
