Chloe Ricketts turned professional at just 15 years old and quickly emerged as one of the league’s standout young talents, making history as the first-ever player to sign via the NWSL Under-18 Entry Mechanism in 2023 when she joined the Washington Spirit. She made 22 appearances for the Spirit before being traded to the Houston Dash in October 2025. She made her mark on the national stage in 2025 as well with a debut for the U.S. U-20 Women’s National Team at the CONCACAF Championships.
Before turning pro, Ricketts stood out at every level of youth soccer. In 2022, she became the youngest-ever player and goalscorer for AFC Ann Arbor in the USL W League, netting twice in 11 appearances. She also earned recognition as the No. 25-ranked prospect in the 2025 college recruiting class by TopDrawerSoccer before opting to go pro.
Ricketts holds an impressive youth résumé that includes back-to-back state championships with Michigan Hawks (2017, 2018), regional and national titles with the Michigan Tigers boys’ team, including the 2022 US Youth Soccer U-15 National Championship.
